Off-Season: November 1 to April 30 $149 per night, weekends, holidays, special occasions. $109 per night , Sunday - Thursday or studio at $79/ night Most people don't realize how many sunny and warm Spring and Fall weekends there are at Ocean City, and even a few in the winter. Warm T-shirt weather during the mid and off season is not at all uncommon at Hoof Prints. The nice weekends in the Spring and Fall are some of the best beach weather of the year. Take advantage of the great specials below to grab a last minute getaway for a gorgeous weekend at the beach. Or book now to stay cool at the beach during those late July and August heat waves. Specials: May special (through May 27): Rent the 2 or 3 bedroom for two or more nights and receive 20% off the standard rate. Rent the studio for two or more nights and receive 10% off the standard rate. June special (through June 17): Rent the 2 or 3 bedroom for two or more nights and receive 15% off the standard rate, or 10% off studio unit. Schools Out: June and July weeknights (Sun - Thurs) through July 15th: Rent the 2 or 3 bedroom for 2 or more nights and receive 20% off the standard rate, or 15% off studio unit. Rent Sunday through Thursday and receive Thursday night free, through July. Except holidays, special occasions and their weekends. |
Standard rates include the first 2 people and 2 horses; each additional guest or horse will be an additional $10 per night (children under 10 stay free). For 3rd bedroom add $10/night. Weekly rates: Rent Friday through Thursday and receive Thursday night free and cleaning fee is waived. For large groups, rent both units and sleep up to 12, or camping is allowed with rental of the 3 bedroom unit. Extra campers, after the 3 bedroom unit is full (8 people), are at $10 per night per camping rig (1 person included) and $5 per person per night thereafter. First 9 horses at $10/night, thereafter $5/night/horse. Email for 4-H, pony club and other youth club discounts. All prices are plus tax and a one time per visit cleaning fee of $75 for the two bedroom, $95 for the three bedroom and $50 for the studio. Studio sleeps 2, 3 if you bring cot. Studio is bring your own bedding, towels, paper products, etc. to keep price low. Dishes are provided. This is a non-smoking facility. |
